Mercer Community Center Parking Lot Closed this week. Mercer Shaw Library closed Tuesday, July 1st.: The Mercer Community Center Parking Lot is closed to vehicles from June 30th through Monday, July 7th. While the Town Office will be open for business Tuesday, July 1st (from 11-6) and Wednesday July 2nd (from 8-6), patrons will need to park along the side of the road and walk across the pavement. Mercer Shaw Library will be closed Tuesday, July 1st. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
The Town of Mercer is accepting bids to replace 4 culverts in three different locations: Mercer Community Center – 2 culverts; Corson Road – 1 culvert, and Rome Road – 1 culvert. Town will supply the culverts. Contractor to perform all necessary work including placing rip rap at each end of new culverts. Bids are due by 6:00 p.m. on April 29th. Bid sheet is available at the town office. Contact Select Board with any questions you may have.
