Proposals & Due Dates: ALL BIDS SUBMITTED MUST BE IN SEALED ENVELOPES marked: “Roadside 
Ditching/Shoulder Repair” and must be received in the office by 9:00 am on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 
which time bids will be opened and publicly read. Ditching/repair work shall be voted upon at the Municipal 
Officer’s meeting at 6:00 pm that evening.
