Invitation to Bid – Decker Road Project (BIDS due September 1 at 9:00 AM)

Scope of Work:  Ditching and surface materials Decker Road, Mercer as specified in the bid packet.  Bid forms are available at the Mercer Town Office.  Contact us at 207-587-2911 to have it emailed to you. 

Materials to be used: Install a minimum of 6 inches of ¾ inch minus material (See note). 

Note:  quote will include options at the Select Board’s discretion for the following materials; list prices separately for Bluestone, granite, or crushed gravel.

Proposals & Due Dates:  ALL BIDS SUBMITTED MUST BE IN SEALED ENVELOPES marked: “Decker Road Project” and must be received in the office by 9:00 AM on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read.  Bid acceptance OR rejection shall be voted upon at the Municipal Officer’s meeting on Tuesday, September  8, 2026 at 6:00 pm.
