As of November 26th - Nomination Papers will be available for the 2026 Town Election of Officers.  

2026 Elections include

1st Selectman - 3 year term

2nd Selectman - 2 year term

3rd Selectman - 1 year term

Planning Board - 3 year term

Budget Committee - 3 year term

Trustee of Shawy Library - 5 year term

You can obtain papers from the Town Clerk during Town Office hours.

25 Mercer registered voter signatures are required.

To be included on the Ballot for the March 6, 2026 municipal elections you must submit your completed nomination petition by Monday, January 5, 2026
