The Town of Mercer will be holding a public hearing to discuss the following:

 

Data Center Moratorium Ordinance.

 

The Hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 6:15 p.m. at the Mercer Community Center Solarium. Copies of the proposed Ordinance are available at the town office and posted here at:
